By accessing the website at http://www.dinnerwithachef.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Dinner with a Chef's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Dinner with a Chef's website;

  2. Further, Dinner with a Chef does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Dinner with a Chef or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dinner with a Chef's website, even if Dinner with a Chef or a Dinner with a Chef authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Dinner with a Chef has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dinner with a Chef of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Dinner with a Chef may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Referral Program - Terms of Service

1. How It Works

  1. You must be a Dinner with a Chef VIP member. Your friend books a service with Dinner with a Chef.
  2. During booking, your friend must indicate your name or email address, either by entering it in the “Friend who referred you” field in the online booking form or if booking via telephone by mentioning it to a representative of Dinner with a Chef. Please note: If your friend does not see a "Friend who referred you" field during signup and/or does not indicate during the booking process, eligibility stands as long as the referrers name is mentioned prior to the scheduled day of service.
  3. For each new referral, we will provide the indicated discount off your next booking. Note: Only one referral discount allowed per service.

2. Eligibility

  • This offer only applies to VIP members of Dinner with a Chef in good standing and those clients whom they refer to a new service booking. Any other offers as well as any other promotional rewards cannot be combined and are excluded from this offer unless otherwise agreed upon with Dinner with a Chef.
  • The indicated discount will only be provided if your name or email is entered during the booking process, either online or communicated to a representative of Dinner with a Chef at the time of booking or at very least prior to the day of the referees service.
  • The discount will be provided only towards the referrers services booked within a calendar year from the completed service date of the referee.
  • This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

2. Program Terms

  • Referral discounts must be for new Dinner with a Chef clients and their completed services.
  • Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
  • Discounts will be provided to your next booking(s) within a calendar year from the completed service date of the referee.
  • Dinner with a Chef reserves the right to revoke discounts for violations to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, for fraud, cancellations and/or a substantial change in business circumstances.
  • Details of the program are subject to change without notice.
